The DCCF Youth Council's First Annual Prime Rib Dinner was successfully held Saturday, November 5th to raise funds for the Youth Council to grant out in their upcoming grant cycle in the Spring of 2012. Members of the Youth Council served a delicious meal that was prepared by Joe and Susie Singleton aided by several Youth Council mentors and spouses. After the meal was finished, an auction was held with items that were donated by many local individuals and businesses. Auction packages ranged from sports tickets, to furniture and even a security system. The profit from the evening was approximately $5,244. The Youth Council would like to thank everyone who attended the Youth Council's Dinner. To the numerous individuals who donated their time and talent to help pull off a wonderful evening and to the area buisnesses/families that donated an array of items for our auction, thank you for your continued support! It's because of you the event was a huge success, with food and fellowship that couldn't have been better.
