Women's Giving Circle Grant Instructions

Instructions for Application:
Application narrative should be no more than two to four typed pages.  Include a cover page (available on the DCCF Grantmaking page), and a Budget page (also available on the DCCF Grantmaking page).  Also a attach a copy of your organization's IRS determination letter, your organization's current board roster, current annual operating budget, mission statement and non-discrimination policy. The narrative should address the following: •Description of the project and the expected impact on Daviess County women and girls •Total cost of the project and the amount of funding requested   •Description of how the requested funds will be used •Project implementation timeline •Desired outcome of the project or results to be achieved •Is this a new or existing program?

Deadline to Submit an Application
The original and 6 copies of the application must be received by the Foundation no later than noon on Thursday, March 1, 2012.

Please note:  to hand deliver a funding request, the Daviess County Community Foundation is located at 320 East Main Street, Washington, IN.  If no one is in the office, please do not leave your request with anyone else.  Our office is normally open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.  You may wish to call before bringing your request
